Terms and Conditions of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote and scheduling a pickup via the Drop & Dash online platform, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Service. This agreement becomes binding upon our team's final confirmation of the pickup time and service details via WhatsApp/email.
Service Scope and Limitations
Drop & Dash Cleaners provides Wash, Dry, Fold, Ironing, and Specialized Dry Cleaning services. We are not responsible for damage resulting from the normal cleaning process, including but not limited to fading, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to garments with pre-existing weaknesses (e.g., small holes, loose threads).
Pricing and Payment
All service prices are based on weight (starting from R20 per kg for WDF) and are subject to a distance-based pickup and delivery fee. The price quoted via WhatsApp/email is the final price for the service. Final payment is due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Service Denial
We reserve the right to refuse service for any item deemed hazardous, unhygienic, or if the customer fails to comply with payment or pickup agreements.
Pickup and Delivery
The customer is responsible for ensuring the pickup and delivery location is accessible at the confirmed time. Delays or failed pickups may incur a surcharge.
